Without continuous suction, fluid can build up in the patient's mouth, and rotating instruments can generate aerosols that pose infection risks. The EXCOM hybrid range is engineered to eliminate both problems, giving practices dependable performance at every chair.

EXCOM hybrid combines dry and semi-wet suction technology in a single device, so the same unit can be used regardless of practice setup. Built for Reliability

• Centrifugal separation rotor for continuous, impeccable separation even under high foam loads

• Frequency controlled underpressure control (EXCOM hybrid 5), maintaining a constant 180 mbar underpressure while reducing energy consumption

• Free running aluminium turbine wheel for long term functional reliability, no plastic impellers

• Single motor shaft driving both the vacuum generator and separator, preventing liquid transfer into a non functioning separation module

• High mounted wastewater outlet for convenient drain or amalgam separator connection

• Airflow optimizing cooling fins for efficient heat dissipation and overheating protection

Amalgam Separation Made Simple

All EXCOM hybrid systems can be paired with the ISO certified ECO II+ amalgam separation module, offering maintenance free operation with no electronic switching or monitoring technology required, along with simple, fast installation.

Single Unit Option: VAC 1s

For single chair practices, the VAC 1s offers an economical, efficient dry suction solution with underpressure performance up to 140 mbar and quiet operation at just 53 dB(A). Pairs perfectly with the METASYS MST 1 ECO Light.

The Complete Solution: META Tower

For practices wanting compressed air, suction, and amalgam separation in one compact footprint, the META Tower combines all three into a single space saving unit (0.36m² footprint) with low noise operation at just 54 dB(A).
