The Med Clave Class N Sterilizer is a modern, versatile autoclave offering highly effective and safe sterilization for instruments, with a generous 23 litre capacity. Integrated with microprocessors and sensors for automatic checking and precision control, it combines reliable performance with everyday ease of use.
Simple, Reliable Operation
The desktop design features a clear LED display panel with a friendly user interface, making it easy to identify and select programs. With 2 preset sterilization cycles and adjustable sterilization temperatures of 121°C and 134°C, the Class N adapts to a wide range of instrument types, including wrapped and unwrapped products, nonporous items, and solid instruments. Sterilization times range from 4 to 60 minutes, giving you flexibility based on load requirements.
Built for Durability and Hygiene
The sterilization chamber is constructed from 304 AISI steel without soldering amendments, making internal cleaning and maintenance straightforward. A silicone rubber gasket ensures a reliable seal, while separate storage tanks for fresh and used water keep the system clean and easy to manage, with steam discharge collected safely in a waste water tank.
Safety You Can Trust
The Class N features a double door locking system, combining a mechanical lock with an electrical lock, so the door will only open once the chamber reaches zero pressure. Additional safety measures include a pressure release valve for emergencies, low water and overheat protection, and automatic alarming with malfunction indication.
