Every Mectron surgical insert is made from medical grade stainless steel and passes 12 working steps before completion, including thermal treatment, CNC sharpening accurate to 0.1 micrometres, and individual quality control. Inserts are single use, ensuring each osteotomy is performed with a sharp, reliable edge.
